Smt. Matala Vijayalaxmi W/O. Naidu Babu, v. State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.12894 of 2015 ORDER:
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the inaction of the respondents in taking action on the representation/complaint dated 19.02.2015 given by the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that inspite of giving representation/complaint dated 19.02.2015, the respondents have not taken any action thereon so far.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (AP) contended that the said complaint has since been withdrawn, no action was taken.
Without adverting to the contentions raised by both the parties, if the complaint has not been registered or if the complaint allegations do not disclose commission of any cognizable offence, then the remedy available to the petitioners is to file a complaint before the higher officials in terms of Section 154 of Cr.P.C.
There are no grounds in the writ petition and it is accordingly dismissed.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ K.C.BHANU, J Date: 14.05.2015 JSU/TSY THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU
