The order impugned in the writ petition was passed by the Tahasildar, Tadimarri, Anantapur District, the 3rd respondent herein, suspending the authorisation of the petitioner.

Since the Tahasildar is not empowered to pass the impugned order as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order 2008, the writ petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned order. No order as to costs.
