Mr. P. Lalitha Kamesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 10.02.2016 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to her to approach this Court as and when a new cause of action arises. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
