THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.27884 of 2017 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of petitioner is that though he submitted a representation, dated 07.01.2017 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 against the seventh respondent by setting out in detail her omissions and commissions in discharging the duties as Sarpanch, no action has been taken.

A perusal of the material on record discloses that a memo, dated 11.01.2017 came to be issued by the fourth respondent - Divisional Panchayat Officer, Markapuram, pursuant to the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. In view of the same, it can be understood that though the respondent authorities initiated action pursuant to the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, it does not appear to have been concluded.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner and inasmuch as the action has already been initiated pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2017, as evident from the memo, dated 11.01.2017 issued by the fourth respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to complete the enquiry and take appropriate action in

CKR, J W.P.No.27884 of 2017 accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
