As per the record, this Criminal Petition is filed on 6.6.2013 and as per the proceeding sheet dated: 27.12.2017, 22.1.2018 and 29.1.2018, go to suggest that on these three occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and there was no representation and so, this Court directed the Registry to post this matter under the caption of "For Dismissal" on 01.2.2018. That, today also in spite of posting this matter under the caption of "For Dismissal", none appeared on behalf of the petitioners and there is no representation which clearly show the intention of the petitioners that they are not interested to prosecute the matter. In the circumstances, this Court has no option to dismiss the Criminal Petition for non-prosecution. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.
