CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 3780 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The Revision Petitioner filed E.A.No. 219 of 2013 to set aside the default order passed in E.A.No. 201 of 2012 and EA.No. 219 of 2013 was dismissed. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner though has advanced several submissions against the findings recorded by the executing court. In my considered view, these objections are not at all tenable from any perspective. The executing court having considered the complacency with which the Revision Petitioner is participating in the pending execution proceedings was constrained to reject the instant prayer.

3. Having independently perused the material available on record, I am of the view that no exception to the reasoning recorded by the executing court can be taken. No irregularity or illegality attracting jurisdiction of this court is pointed out.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
