THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8048 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in C.C. No.686 of 2014 on the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimavaram, West Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition as the matter was settled out of the Court. A letter dated 13.7.2017 to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
