CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO. 753 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the judgment dated 31/12/2015 passed by the V-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, [Mahila Court] Hyderabad confirming the judgment dated 17/5/2013 passed by the IVMetropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. Sri A. Ravi Shanker, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Criminal Revision Case.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
