THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1852 of 2014 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioners/respondents 1 & 3, assailing the order, dated 02.04.2014, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Uravakonda, passed in I.A.No.118 of 2011 in O.S.No.69 of 2011. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioners. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself was dismissed on 28.11.2016. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
