The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the petitioner died in the year 2011. Mr.B.Sudhakar Reddy reports that he is unaware of demise of the petitioner.

The fact of the matter is that the learned counsel for petitioner is also not in a position to get in touch with the petitioner.

Writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
