HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16091 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is noticed that the writ petition was dismissed for default against contesting respondent No.2 vide orders dated 23.06.2011 and, thereafter, no steps have been taken to restore the writ petition against the contesting respondent. In the absence of the contesting respondent, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
