HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 18288 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation. The petitioner is challenged the removal orders before the Labour Court III, Hyderabad, where no relief was granted to the petitioner. The petitioner is seeking relief of reinstatement into service.

This Court, having considered the said issue, is of the considered view that the relief of reinstatement sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted at this point of time. However, this court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to grant service benefits for the service rendered by the petitioner prior to his removal, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
