HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.22622 OF 2011 ORDER:

On behalf of Sri M.Brahma Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners, today a request for adjournment was made in the forenoon.

On 10.08.2011, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment for filing better affidavit. On 08.02.2012, the writ petition was dismissed for default. On 02.09.2015, WPMP.No.8439 of 2012 filed to recall the order dated 08.02.2012 was allowed. The above events in the writ petition clearly show that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Further, in the afternoon, there is no representation for petitioner or any accommodation is sought for.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
