THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.16655 OF 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be a landless poor person. He is in occupation of land to an extent of Ac.1.60 cents situated in survey No.192/7 of Veerapanenigudem Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District and cultivating the said land for several years. The revenue records also reflect the possession of the petitioner. Several representations were made by the petitioner for grant of 'D' Form patta starting from 25.09.2012 to 27.10.2017. Alleging inaction on the said representations, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner made several representations, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Veerapaneni Gudem, Gannavaram Mandal-fourth respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner for assignment of 'D" Form patta as per the representations made by him starting from 25.09.2012, the latest one being on 27.10.2017 and to pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
