HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA SECOND APPEAL No.229 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

Today there is no representation for the appellants. Even on the last date of hearing i.e., 11-09-2015, there was no representation, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
