THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9381 OF 2017 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of respondent No.3 (Deputy Commissioner, Circle No.10A, GHMC, Hyderabad), in issuing impugned notice dated 06.03.2017 to demolish the petitioner's building bearing D.No.7-1-302/59/5 situated at Dasaram Basthi, Balkampet, Hyderabad, as being arbitrary and illegal. While this Court is not inclined to interdict the notice issued under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, the petitioner shall, however, be given an opportunity to remove the objectionable portion, as notified in the impugned notice, within two weeks time from today. If the petitioner does not take necessary steps for removal of the objectionable portion, respondent - authorities are at liberty to carry on demolition.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
