ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was being continued on out of designation duties from time to time and during pendency of the writ petition, he was discontinued; and that appropriate orders be passed directing the respondents to continue him on out of designation duties, and no further reliefs need be considered.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondentCorporation submits that the case of the petitioner would be considered on out of designation duties and appropriate orders would be passed.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. No costs.
