SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8719 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.35 of 2013 on the file of Pedana Police Station, Krishna District. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 498‐A IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed.

Hence, in view of the above, the petitioner can file appropriate petition before the Court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the Court below.

With the above observation, the criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
