In view of the above, by following the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.26726 of 2011, dated 30-11-2022, the present Writ Petition also deserves to be disposed of. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to modify the punishment from dismissal of service imposed on the petitioner to that of compulsory retirement. No costs.
