THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.9965 of 2016 ORDER:

After hearing the matter, when the Court was about to dispose of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh application basing on the statements under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
