This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not registering the crime pursuant to the lawyers notice sent through courier on 09-03-2018 by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09-03-2018, a case in Cr.No.38 of 2018 for the offences punishable under sections 447, 427, 323, 506, 509 read with Section IPC was registered by police, Markavarapalem Police Station on 10-05-2018.
