...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in attempting to dispossess the Petitioner, who is the sole and absolute owner of the Plot Nos. 28 and 29, in Sy. Nos. 1684 and 1685 respectively to an extent of 400 sq.yards situated at Shivaji Nagar, Nizamabad, having purchased the same by virtue Registered Sale Deed vide Regd. Document No. 1 150/'1981 dated23103/1 98l without serving any notice and without following due process of law, as arbitrary, illegal without jurisdiction and not mandated by any provision of law and in violation of Article 14 and 300A of Constitution of India and principles of natural justice, in the interest of justice.
