The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to admit and release the grant-in-aid to 6 posts in the 1st petitioner school, 2 posts in the 2nd petitioner school and 7 posts in the 3rd petitioner school on par with the judgement in W.P. No.10586 of 1992 and to pass appropriate orders. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing today, Sri K. Ramakrishna, Advocate, representing learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the matter has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, in view of the said submission, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
