Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioners applied to the Tahsildar for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds armed with decree granted in O.S.No.83 of 1995 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Yelamanchili. The said request of the petitioners was rejected by the endorsement dated 05.08.2010 holding that already pattadar pass books were granted on the survey numbers claimed by them to other persons. Aggrieved thereby petitioners filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, in the year 2014. Alleging inaction on the said appeal, this writ petition is filed.

At page No.17, petitioner enclosed notice issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, responding to the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

In view of the same and if the appeal is pending consideration, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to dispose of the appeal by putting on notice the affected parties and to pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
