This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.54 of 2010 on the file of Jaipur Police Station, Adilabad District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners addressed letter dated 22.11.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial) wherein it is stated that the petitioners seek to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
