This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in CC.No.153 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Gadwal, to quash the proceedings therein.

Notice has been served on respondent No.2, but he refused to receive the same. Therefore, there is deemed service on respondent No.2.

On earlier two occasions i.e., on 22.09.2017 and on 03.10.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. As this matter pertains to the year 2011, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
