THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15364 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.11 1⁄2 guntas out of Ac.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.213/A, situated at Saidapur Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Nalgonda District in the name of petitioners, as arbitrary and illegal and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioners.

The case of the petitioners is that they are the owners of land admeasuring Ac.0.11 1⁄2 guntas out of Ac.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.213/A, situated at Saidapur Village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Nalgonda District, which is their ancestral property and that they have submitted several representations dated 15.09.2014, 10.10.2014, 05.10.2015, 16.12.2015 and 08.03.2016 requesting the 4th respondent to issue pattadar pass book and title deeds in their favour in respect of the subject land. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the other coparceners were granted pattadar passbooks and title deeds, no action has been taken, on their representations. Aggrieved thereby, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that unless petitioners make application in Form 6 A, pattadar pass books and title deeds cannot be granted to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will make appropriate application in Form No.6 A. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioners to make application in Form No.6 A for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds, within a period of four weeks from today. On such application, the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same and take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
