THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6810 OF 2023 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused in C.C.No.362 of 2023 on the file of XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 354-D, 509, 186, 228, 352 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioner was practicing as an Advocate in Ibrahimpatnam Courts. The Presiding Officer of the Court which is XVI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate lodged a complaint stating that petitioner was stalking her and also staring at her in the open Court and his behavior was odd. In the statement given by her, several incidents are narrated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said Presiding Officer was already transferred and this petitioner who was practicing as an Advocate is in jail from 18.03.2023.

Keeping in view that the investigation is already complete and charge sheet is filed and the offences alleged are punishable upto 3 years, this Court deems it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioner/Accused shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District.
ii) The petitioner/Accused, after release shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer every day for a period of four weeks from the date of this order. It is needless to say, he shall appear before the concerned Court for the purpose of completion of trial.
iii) The petitioner/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.
Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
