ORAL ORDER:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the proceedings of the District Rural Development Society 17.10.2017 suspending petitioner from the Field Assistant duties. According to learned counsel for petitioner order of suspension is resorted to on the ground of involvement of the petitioner in crime No. 68 of 2017 on the file of Vemulavada Rural Police Station. That other persons who are implicated in the same crime and suspended filed W P No. 9752 of 2018 and this Court by order dated 27.3.2018 disposed of the said writ petition directing the disciplinary authority to follow the guidelines under Policy Condition 13 (2) and (3) under Field Assistants Human Resource Policy (FAHRP) and complete the enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Learned counsel for petitioner as well as Special Standing Counsel for respondents agreed for disposal of the writ petition with similar direction. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to follow guidelines under Policy Condition No. 13 (2) and (3) under FAHRP and complete the enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
