HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16943 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2018 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register a crime and investigating to the same basing on the complaint given by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2018 is inquired into by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Allagadda, and found to be false and baseless. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of and it is left open to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
