Mr.Srinivas Ambati holding for Mr. Nimmagadda Satyanarayana submits that the petitioner having regard to interim order does not press the writ prayer. The Assistant Government Pleader after examining the prayer and the interim order granted by this Court submits that it may be made clear that the authorities are not restricted by the interim order to pass appropriate orders in this behalf. Having regard to the limited rival submissions, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

The interim order is made final order in the writ petition and the 1st and 2nd respondents are given liberty to complete the enquiry initiated and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
