- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2246 OF 2014 ORDER :

It is represented that challenging the order in W.P.No.30623 of 2013, W.A.Sr.No.228086 of 2016 is filed by the respondents in the writ petition and by order dated 16.12.2016 made in W.A.M.P.No.2964 of 2016, the Division Bench granted interim stay and issued further direction.

In view of the same, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the directions issued by this Court warranting initiation of proceedings of contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Accordingly, contempt case is closed. However, it is needless to observe that if the Writ Appeal is finally disposed of in favour of the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, as warranted by law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
