Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 28.06.2017 before this Court stating that since the outstanding loans in the account of the petitioner was fully paid and acknowledged by the respondent, he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
