THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2343 OF 2008 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the appointment of the fourth respondent as Anganwadi worker of Gangannapadu Village, Terlam Mandal, Vizianagaram District.

Since the writ petition is filed challenging the appointment of the fourth respondent and since there was no stay orders, the fourth respondent is continuing since 2008.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
