The learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. It is represented by the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent-Corporation that the identical matters were considered by another learned single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.4380 of 2013 and batch and the same were dismissed, by order dated 08.10.2015. In view of the same, this writ petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
