Sri S.Ram Mohan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that the Police after receipt of report dt.28.04.2018 closed the complaint on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. According to him, the said fact was also informed to the petitioner herein.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner herein to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
