THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1847 of 2013 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) This writ appeal was filed by Advocate, Sri P.Rajasekhar. He was allowed to withdraw his Vakalatnama vide order, dated 10.02.2014. By that order, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant and list the appeal after service of notice to the party. Accordingly, after service of notice, the appeal was placed before the Court on 09.02.2015. Since, neither the appellant nor any Advocate on her behalf was present on that day, we directed to place the appeal today "for dismissal". Today also, none appears for the appellant. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
