This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. N.Niyatha, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. E.Ganesh, Assistant Public Prosecutor, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad on behalf of the State/ Respondent No.1.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.p.C by the petitioner/ accused seeking to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.497 of 2Ol7 on the file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in FIR No. 1294 of 20 15, dated 03.12.2015 on the lile of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad and t the same may be quashed.

Heard Ms. N.Niyatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as the learned Assistant Public prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.

Ms. N.Niyatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused would submit that the cause in the present criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, no further orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, . on instructions, would submit that the petitioner/accused has been acquitted in C.C.No.497 of 2OlT on t'rie file of the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad on 22.17.2024. Therefore, no further orders

are required and hence seeks to dismiss the criminal petition as infructuous 5.

Recording the said submissions, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedies in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
