This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.01.2016 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.8 of 2012 on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge at Godavarikhani. The above civil miscellaneous appeal was filed challenging the order dated 17.09.2010 passed in I.A.No.81 of 2010 in O.S.No.8 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Manthani.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 31.03.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
