OFFICE NOTE 03.11.2025 JAK, J This Court has informed to Mr. K. Muralidhar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.4 - District Collector, Warangal, that order passed as far back as in the year 2011 in writ petition numbers by a learned Single Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh has not been complied with. Respondents have not take action in accordance with law, till date. 13 years have elapsed from the date of order of learned Single Judge. Yet nothing is forthcoming, prompting this Court to take note of the inaction of the official respondents. The said order passed has not been implemented for the last 13 years, which is suffice and indicative of the inaction of the Officers of the State, to check the unauthorized acts in the FTL, Buffer Zone of water body.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue assured this Court on instructions of Officers, present in the Court, and sought four (4) weeks' time to comply with the order(s) passed in the year 2011.
Initially, this Court was inclined to take steps

OFFICE NOTE against the Officers concerned for non-compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge in the year 2011, as 13 years have elapsed, but, Court restrains itself on the assurance given by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant three (3) weeks' time.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has also submitted that a report is being prepared in respect of the water body, Chinna Waddepally Cheruvu.
Post on 24.11.2025.
In the meantime, the report shall be filed with regard to encroachments, unauthorized constructions within the limits of water body, as indicated in the order, dated 17.10.2025, in a sealed cover.
Presence of the Officers is dispensed with.
