HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 8945 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of Crime No. 12 of 2017 by the second respondent.

This Court by order dated 14.3.2017, while issuing notice before admission directed the second respondent to continue investigation, but however directed not to arrest the petitioner for a period of three weeks. None appeared for respondent No. 3, un-official respondent. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the other accused in relation to Crime No. 12 of 2017 were already on bail. In view of the fact that the investigation is still pending and also taking into consideration the petitioner being a lady, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take further steps for completing the investigation and filing the final report in accordance with law without arresting the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
