HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 29199 of 2013 O R D E R:- In view of filing of charge sheet and also order of committal as Sessions Case No.140 of 2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that no further order is necessary in the writ petition.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
