HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16641 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking action against the unofficial respondents pursuant to the complaint dated 29.05.2017, followed by personal visits, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner crime No.373/2018 dated 01.05.2018 was registered against the unofficial respondents and also produced copy of the FIR.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
