This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.50 of 2016 on the file of Women P.S., Charminar, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of D.P. Act.

Heard Sri Ahmed Khan, learned counsel for petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 31.08.2016 and it has to be numbered by the Hon'ble XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.50 of 2016, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

It is seen that during pendency of this Petition, no stay was granted by this Court.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
