This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced Report as per the directions of this Court dated 18.06.2017 stating that appropriate action was taken in pursuance to the directions of this Court, and a case in Crime No.24/2018, dated 21.06.2018 was registered under Sections 504, 506, r/w.34 IPC against the concerned persons.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
