When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for respondents stated that in pursuance of the Notification dated 21.04.2003, respondents completed the selection process and declared results.

If that be so, the respondents are directed to intimate the result of the said notification dated 21.04.2003 to the petitioner as to whether his candidature for appointment is considered or not, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
