HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.16730 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Smt.S.A.V.Ratnam for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4. The petitioners are substantially aggrieved by the alleged illegal act of respondent No.4 in incorporating the name of respondent No.5 in the Adangal. The petitioners claim to have already filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer for enquiring into the incorporation of 5th respondent's name in Adangal.

This Court is not proposing to take up simultaneous enquiry against the incorporation of name of 5th respondent in Adangal, however, to meet the ends of justice, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

The petitioners are given liberty to file copy of this order along with a memo within two weeks from today and seek expeditious disposal of appeal filed by the petitioners as noted above. The Revenue Divisional Officer/ 3rd respondent considers disposing of the appeal in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months thereafter.

No order as to costs.
