HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.17106 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.Y.Sudhakar for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ...... to issue appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the application ADLCO11704093147 made by the petitioner through Meeseva on 18.11.2017 for correction in Computerised Adangal and IB Register on 6.12.2017 without assigning reasons for the land of an extent of Ac.2.93 cents situated in Survey No.199/ 5 of Dopperla Village, Atchutapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions contained in A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 and the Rules made thereunder and set aside the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to make necessary corrections in Computerised Adangal and IB Register......" .
I have perused the material available on record. This Court is of the view that against the order impugned in the writ petition, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal against the proceeding impugned in the writ petition before the Revenue
Divisional Officer by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from today.
The Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months thereafter.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
