In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A6 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2011 of Women P.S, Charminar. Hyderabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 498A r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act,1961. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 14.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.242 of 2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.
