CVNR,J & DVSS,J L.A.A.S.Nos.137, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 145, 146, 147, 153, 156, 164, 165, 166, 167, 174, 178, 180, 181, 184, 186, 257, 267 and 270 of 2012 26.04.2018 COMMON JUDGMENT:(Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This batch of appeals is filed by the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Srisailam Project, Kurnool District, feeling aggrieved by the enhancement of compensation from Rs.84,000/- per acre to Rs.1,93,600/- per acre made by the reference Court.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Appeals (A.P.) appearing of the appellant has fairly conceded that by common judgment, dated 04.04.2014, in L.A.A.S.No.583 of 2008 and batch, a Division Bench of this Court has dismissed the identical appeals confirming the enhancement made by the reference Court and that the following the said judgment, the said Division Bench has also dismissed some more appeals by its common judgment, dated 07.04.2014, in L.A.A.S.No.286 of 2009 and batch.

Following the aforementioned judgments, these appeals are also dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of these appeals, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending for consideration in these appeals shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
